Refund Policy


Returns/Exchanges: 
Items are handmade to order. Due to quality standards, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order through email with your order info, your name, a photo of the item and outside of package. A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. All damaged items will be replaced. If a package does not arrive as stated in your tracking please send a message and contact your local postmaster. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail but can do everything we can do to help!  Please also check your shipping info, as we are not responsible for shipping address errors. If the item is returned, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
